POV Statement:

HMW Questions:

A primary persona capturing the needs and decision making of B-Art's core customers.

The user flow was mapped out, with a focus on the onboarding process for new users.

Art framing customers need a way to see frames on their own artwork, because not being able to visualize the result slows their decisions and makes them rely on staff.

1. How might we help customers confidently preview frames on their own artwork? 2. How might we speed up in-store decisions while keeping the experience personal?

Wireframes:

The logo and palette feel timeless and gallery-like, so the artwork stays in focus. White keeps content clear, while deep green highlights key actions.

Clean, modern, and refined, reflecting the studio's heritage and its move into digital.

High-fidelity screens built on the new branding, prototyped for user testing and feedback.

Simple typography keeps the interface easy to navigate. The moodboard draws on gallery spaces and craftsmanship: neutral tones and natural textures for a calm, trustworthy feel.
